"Can I use this when I'm bleeding?"
Yes! Absolutely. It is excellent for relieving lower back pain & can be lightly massaged around the abdomen to relieve cramps & indigestion. Please only massage in very gentle, clockwise motions, avoiding pressure around the Uterus (just above your pubic bone) when bleeding.
