SHOP UPDATES

Please follow my new Instagram page @theferalfoxden for news on weekly shop drops! I usually update the shop every Saturday or Sunday, at 8pm (UK time). 
I upload listing previews prior to the drop to allow you time to browse and preview prices ahead of the drop time. The best place to look for these is the “Newly added” section on the homepage. Each item has its release day and time at the top of the product description. Listings with a release day and time of that weeks drop will show as ‘sold out’ until the drop time when they will go live. 
Never fear if you don’t secure the feral friend you were after as I make more every week and the right fox is just waiting for you!

 PROCESSING TIMES

I aim to pack and ship orders within 3 working days. All orders are packed with love and extra goodies. Whilst I always endeavour to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, please allow some contingency time during busy periods.

SHIPPING:

I ship worldwide and you will have the opportunity to choose your shipping option at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 All international & EU orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

INSURANCE

If you would like to purchase added postal insurance for your order, please contact me after placing your order as this will incur an additional shipping charge. All orders are insured up to £50 with standard tracked postage. If your order has already been dispatched, no changes can be made.

DAMAGE & LOSS

Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, however I will always do what I can to minimise this risk or help locate the item. Please contact me if you think your order has gone missing or has been damaged and we will try to find out what has happened and set things right. In the case that a lost item claim has to be filed to Royal Mail, you may have to wait until they have confirmed the compensation before receiving a refund but I will keep in contact with you throughout the process if this is the case. In over a decade of sending hundreds of parcels every year I have never once had one go missing😊

RETURNS

Please note that all custom & bespoke order sales are final, as they are handmade especially for you. Returns are accepted on ready-to-ship pieces bought from the shop within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault is on my end, in which case I will cover all costs. Once the item has been received back a full refund be issued. Please note that there are no returns or refunds on sale or discounted items unless they are faulty. 

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me, I will always try to make things right for you.

Please bear in mind that Rising Tides is a small business run by *one* AuDHD woman and this sometimes means that I miss emails or messages or get delayed. I'm only human but I am trying my absolute best and this business is my absolute love and purpose. I will always communicate on those rare occasions that there may be a delay with your order (this hasn’t happened in years but I have to put this here just in case) If you have not received a reply from me please do resend your email or DM- ​between making, packing, shipping and all of the other things I do, sometimes things slip through.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am not currently able to accept custom orders but please feel free to send me your ideas for future foxes! I love to hear what you’d like to see and will always try to make as many requests as possible.
