This necklace holds a handcrafted silver broomstick above a spectacular blue-green Labradorite stone, adorned with twinkling silver stars. The back features a cut out serpent and a crescent moon.
The broomstick and serpent are symbols of new beginnings and transformation, of shedding and sweeping away the old and inviting in the new. Labradorite is a grey and unassuming stone in the darkness but when turned in the light it reveals itself to hold a vibrant rainbow of colours. I made this piece as a talisman of strength and courage for those that mine for treasure in the darkness…
