Lovingly handmade from recycled sterling silver, this necklace holds a Clear Quartz Crystal with double phantom inclusions adorned with a silver crescent moon.
Phantom inclusions occur within a crystal when a delay has occurred in their growth, giving time for Quartz or another mineral to settle on the outer surface of the young crystal, so long as it remains undisturbed. In time, when the conditions are just right, the original crystal begins to grow again, perfectly aligned with it's original structural framework, unaffected by it's mineral hitchhiker, which becomes slowly encased within it, transforming into a ghost-like image of the younger crystal.
