Lovingly handmade from layers of recycled sterling silver, this necklace holds a silver serpent awakening from the depths of stillness to move and stretch her way towards the healing ground of mother earth, symbolised by a sparkling green Peridot. The back features a moon & stars and has been lightly embossed with real snake skin (naturally shed).
This necklace was made from my own handmade sterling silver sheet, made from hundreds of tiny pieces of sterling scraps, melted down into a molten blob before being pulled through a rolling mill dozens of times to make a solid piece of silver sheet. A single piece of snake skin is then added to one side before being rolled through the mill once more, creating the subtle pattern you see on the back.

The chain is 18 inches and made from sturdy sterling silver with a lobster clasp.
Peridot is becoming increasingly rare, and this piece holds one of my last pieces of the precious gemstone :) This is a one of a kind piece and ready to ship- you will receive the exact necklace pictured.
